Vincent Rouaix serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GFI Informatique S.A. Mr. Rouaix has been the Chief Operations Officer of France for GFI Informatique S.A. since February 2006 and serves as its Director of Operations for France and served as its Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rouaix has been an Executive Vice-President and General Manager of COGNICASE Europe at COGNICASE Inc. since 2001. He served as Director of French Operations for GFI Informatique S.A since February 2006 and also served as its Director of Operations Fronace. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Cognicase France. He has worked throughout his career in international groups. In 1986 he joined Logispace, a company specialising in information systems and consultancy services, where he soon rose to become its Chief Executive Officer and then its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been Director of GFI Informatique S.A since March 28, 2006. He is a graduate of the École Supérieure des Travaux Publics school of engineering
