Michel Langlois is the Senior Vice President of JUNOS Software. In his role at the helm of Juniper’s flagship operating system, Michel is responsible for driving value through the JUNOS brand. As such, Michel is tasked with delivering leading innovation through relentless execution while maintaining the quality standards that customers have come to expect.

Michel joins us from Cisco Systems, where he has served since 1994. For nearly a decade as Senior Vice President of the Network Software (IOS) and Systems Test Groups (NSSTG), Michel was responsible for leading the overall network software strategy, driving software innovation, software integration and delivery and engineering productivity. His team supported Service Provider, Enterprise, and SMB markets. In addition, Michel most recently led the company integration of WebEx, a $3.3B acquisition.

Michel brings more than 25 years of experience in networking, embedded software development, systems delivery and architecture. He is a passionate leader who is extremely enthusiastic to be part of the Juniper team, and this experience in scaling both technologies and organizations will prove invaluable as Juniper pushes towards its vision of growing its market share through supporting more technologies across more platforms in more markets with more customers.
