Marc has worked in the industry for 29 years, in or around financial systems development, including roles in programme and product management, Head of Capital Markets IT for BNP Paribas, and CEO of a software testing and quality assurance consultancy.  The key challenges have been to build a central group that retains strong client alignment whilst driving ITIL best practices and a move from reactive problem management to proactive problem prevention. The project has been very successful resulting in it winning the itSMF UK 2010 project of the year award.
