Mr. Alberg is firmwide leader of Pillsbury’s Global Sourcing practice, focusing on representing customers in multinational information technology and business process outsourcings, software licensing and distribution, and related corporate transactions. Mr. Alberg is often involved in the full life cycle of the transactions and has worked on a number of second generation transactions for which he structured the first generation. Pillsbury Global Sourcing is the largest customer focused sourcing practice in the world with over 75 professionals, providing integrated legal and consulting services. He has over 30 years of experience in technology-related transactions.
