Anthony McCarthy is the Global Head GT. The goal of Global Technology is to deliver consistent, best in class IT service to clients through a clear focus on Deutsche Bank’s Phase IV management agenda.

Tony was previously Global Head and CIO GT Capital Markets. His responsibilities spanned the full range of application technology for many of the businesses throughout Deutsche Bank including Global Markets, Operations, Finance, Risk Management and Compliance.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 1997, Tony spent twelve years at Morgan Stanley where he held numerous CIO-level roles. Tony also served as Head of Systems Development for the Morgan Stanley Tokyo office, and was later appointed Head of Far East Information Technology.

Tony received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, and a MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.
