Dulka has held numerous leadership positions within the Allianz family of companies during his more than eight years with the company. Currently, Dulka serves as Vice President of Information Technology for Allianz Life, the $10 billion life and annuity company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of technology infrastructure and for driving sustainable growth through the strategic usage of technology. Previously he held positions within marketing, distribution, business startup and architecture leadership. Before joining Allianz in 2003, Dulka held architecture and consulting positions in the Fortune 500 retail and financial service companies.  Dulka earned his B.A. in mathematics and computer science from St. John’s University in Minnesota.
