Aaron Kissel is the Executive Director of TowerGroup, the leading research and advisory firm focused exclusively on providing the global financial services industry with the highest standards of research and trusted advice. Aaron also manages The Corporate Executive Board’s Financial Services Practice, which serves nearly 13,000 executives from over 400 financial services organizations across 50 countries around the globe. Prior to his role with TowerGroup, Aaron served as Executive Director of The Corporate Executive Board’s Middle Market Practice, a research business focused on small- and medium-sized enterprises and their executives within finance, human resources, IT, sales, marketing, operations, and legal.
Since joining The Corporate Executive Board in 1997 Aaron has had leadership roles focused on corporate growth and product development. As Managing Director and co-founder of the Sales Executive Council Solutions program, Aaron led The Corporate Executive Board’s growth into consultative and performance measurement services that assist many of the world’s leading executives on issues of sales strategy and process. Prior to his role in Solutions, Aaron served as Director of New Product Development and led The Corporate Executive Board’s program launches in marketing, finance, human resources, and sales. Aaron was also the Chief of Staff of the CEB, and managed projects for the CEO and Board of Directors ranging from the firm’s initial public offering to product repositioning and sales transformation efforts.
Aaron holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
