It began six years ago as an annual meeting of HCL customers. Today, it brings together not only customers but also global business executives and thought leaders to spur new thinking on pressing IT, business and social issues.
The Global Meet is called “unstructure” because its aim is to foster thinking that questions the status quo; because it starts with a bias against traditional organizational hierarchies that get in the way of creative reinvention; because its agenda is shaped by the distinct ideas of individual speakers, instead of their being forced into slots of a predetermined program.
