What is Unstructure?
Unstructure is a platform for business professionals and contemporary thought leaders to discuss and debate action ideas that would aid the evolution of business. Unstructure consists of an annual physical event- Global Meet where everything is viewed with new eyes and curiosity abounds. Where there are no social or organizational hierarchies – each voice is equal; each idea is heard and contributed to. Where the wisdom of the experienced meets the innovation of the young; and both learn from the other. Unstructure is necessary to create businesses which evolve as life-forms do, in nature. HCL Global Meet is an exclusive, invitation-only gathering that brings together senior business and technology leaders and expert speakers from all industries.

Where and when is the HCL Global Meet 2011 being held?
This year’s event will be held on November 13 – 15, 2011 at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts, Orlando, Florida. The event begins with some fascinating workshops on Sunday 13th November afternoon followed by an evening reception and concludes with lunch on Tuesday 15th November.
How can I register for the event?
HCL Global Meet 2011 is an invitation only event and invitations will be sent to each attendee personally. If you have been invited and need any assistance with registration, please email hclglobalmeet@hcl.com.
Do I need to book my hotel or will it be taken care of?
You have to take care of the hotel expenses. HCL has arranged exclusive and discounted rates starting from November 10th to November 17th 2011. On receiving your conference registration, the Global Meet Team will send you the hotel reservation link.

What about food?
Multi-cuisine meals have been arranged with great care to ensure a delightful experience for you from 13th November till noon of 15th November 2011. The menus shall be an eclectic mix of Indian, Continental & Oriental.
Can I get my spouse along?
Invitees are permitted to bring a guest (spouse or significant other) to the event.
Do I need to register my spouse separately?
No, you do not need to submit a separate registration for your spouse. Kindly tick the box asking “Accompanied by spouse” while filling your registration and hotel reservation details.
How long can I stay in the hotel?
Since the hotel costs are borne by you, you are welcome to arrive before or stay after the event. Do note that HCL has arranged exclusive and discounted rates starting from November 10th to November 17th 2011.
Can I invite some people for the networking/ other dinner engagements?
Besides the breaks during the conference, the evenings have been planned with networking and interactions as an objective. If you have 1-2 special contacts you wish to invite for these, we shall be pleased to accommodate them. Please ensure you inform us in advance of your guests at hclglobalmeet@hcl.com
Do I need to book my flight?
Yes, all delegates are responsible for their round trip travel to Orlando, Florida.
Who can help me with documents for visa and other travel requirements?
For any visa requirement, just send in a mail with your name, designation, company name and address of embassy in which applying to hclglobalmeet@hcl.com and we will send you the invitation letter. Please note that a visa is mandatory to visit USA.
Where and when can I send in my travel details?
Please submit your travel details by the 13th October 2011 to hclglobalmeet@hcl.com. Prior to this please make sure that you register for the conference and book your rooms accordingly.
Will there be leisure time for networking?
Besides the breaks during the conference, the evenings have been planned with networking and interactions as an objective.
Will I get to see the people who have been working for my organization from HCL?
The teams that work hard to transform your business shall be there to take care of your requirements.
Can I drop out of the evening dinner program?
The evenings have been designed to give you an experience to remember. We hope that you can attend the evening programs but you are welcome to drop out anytime.
Who are the other guests?
Last year 600 thought leaders, 50+ analysts and advisors gathered together from more than 200 Global 2000 organizations. This year we are expecting a gathering of 1000+ attendees with C-level invitees from fortune companies.
Who in HCL Senior Management will I meet there?
The entire leadership team of HCL will be present to meet and interact with you during the event.
Is there any participation required from me during the sessions?
Some customers shall be invited to be speakers as well as part of the panels during the conference. We shall personally get in touch with you to discuss the same. If you wish to participate as a speaker or nominate someone, please feel free to write to us at hclglobalmeet@hcl.com
Can I meet with key speakers?
The key speakers will interact with delegates during the course of the conference days.
Can I have an engagement with the analysts who are attending the conference?
We would request you to inform us at least a week in advance and we would be happy to organize a face-to-face for you, depending on the analyst’s interest and availability. Please write to hclglobalmeet@hcl.com for the same.
What is the dress code for the conference as well as the evenings?
The recommended attire is casual ( Jeans and T shirts preferred ). In November, temperatures in Orlando average between 59 degrees Fahrenheit to 79 degrees Fahrenheit, with very little rain and above average humidity.
